To qualify for a return at 8bitdo, your items must meet all of these conditions:

Returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
Unused and in the original condition.
Free of any damage or alterations that occurred after delivery.
Clean and in a resaleable state with all original packaging, labels, and accessories included.

Items that do not comply with these requirements may not be accepted for refund.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are excluded from returns at 8bitdo:

Personalized or made-to-order products.
Gift cards and digital goods.
Final sale merchandise.

Refund Processing

Once your returned items arrive, 8bitdo will inspect them before approving any refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund, with additional time depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Handling Incorrect or Damaged Orders

Return Shipping Responsibilities

Order Cancellation
