Order Processing

8bitdo processes orders within 2-4 business days following payment confirmation. Processing times can extend during holidays, sales events, or busy periods to ensure quality handling.

Once processed, shipments are generally delivered within 7-15 business days across the United States. Please note these timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond 8bitdo’s control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees depend on your delivery address and the selected shipping method. These fees are automatically calculated and shown at checkout prior to finalizing your order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours from the time of placement. After this period, your order will be processed and shipped under this shipping policy.

Tracking Your Shipment

If available, tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships. Please allow some time for carriers to update tracking data after shipment.

Possible Shipping Delays

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility except when the return is due to 8bitdo’s error, including defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after 8bitdo receives and inspects the returned items.
