Order Processing and Shipping

8bitdo processes all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 7-12 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping method you selected during checkout.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order. This may occur due to inventory shortages, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Payment Terms

Payment must be completed at the time of checkout using one of the payment methods we offer on our website. By placing your order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

Shipping Costs and Fees

Returns and Refunds

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item you received was defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at matthiasofoh@gmail.com. After this 24-hour window, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
